By accessing and using AIESEC Spotted ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.
2. Unofficial Project
This Service is an unofficial community project created by AIESEC members for AIESEC members. It is not owned, managed, or officially affiliated with AIESEC Italia or AIESEC International. The views expressed here do not necessarily reflect those of the organization.
3. User Conduct & Content
You are responsible for all content you post (confessions, comments, images). By using the Service, you agree NOT to post:
- Hate speech, bullying, or harassment of any individual.
- Personal sensitive data (doxxing) such as phone numbers or private addresses without consent.
- Illegal content or copyrighted material without permission.
- Spam or commercial advertisements.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules and to ban users who repeatedly infringe them.
4. Anonymity
The Service offers an "Anonymous" posting feature. While we do not display your identity to the public when you choose this option, the administrators reserve the right to trace authorship in cases of severe abuse, legal threats, or harassment, to protect the safety of the community.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
